Xallking Australia provides commercial warranty support for eligible ergonomic gaming chairs used in business, esports, studio, educational, and professional workstation environments. This policy is designed to support long-term product reliability, ergonomic performance, and everyday commercial use.

Coverage Duration

Eligible Xallking gaming chairs used in approved commercial environments include a 3-year limited commercial warranty from the original purchase date, covering manufacturing defects affecting structural and functional chair components under normal commercial use conditions.


What's Included

Commercial warranty coverage may apply to manufacturing defects affecting key chair components, including:

  • Seat structure and frame
  • Backrest systems
  • Adjustable armrests
  • Lumbar support components
  • Reclining and tilt mechanisms
  • Gas lift systems
  • Chair base and castors
  • Headrest systems (where applicable)

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g. using the chair beyond recommended weight limits, jumping on the chair).
  • Failure to follow assembly instructions or recommended maintenance.
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
  • Damage caused by accidents, spills, or environmental conditions.

Claims Process

  1. Claim Submission: Complete the Warranty Claim Form on our website and provide proof of purchase.
  2. Visual Evidence: Supply clear photos or videos showing the issue so our team can assess it without needing the chair returned initially.
  3. Further Assessment: If needed, we may request the chair be returned to Xallking or an authorised service centre for full inspection.

Repair and Replacement Support


Where eligible, Xallking Australia may repair or replace defective chair components to maintain product functionality and ergonomic usability within commercial environments. Replacement parts supplied under warranty are selected to meet original product quality standards.


On-Site Service Availability

On-site support services may be available for selected commercial environments depending on product location, issue type, and service accessibility. Additional service fees may apply.

Policy Limitations

This policy applies to eligible manufacturing defects only and does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, operational interruption, or unauthorised modifications.

Australian Consumer Rights

This warranty operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude protections available under applicable consumer legislation.
