Warranty Duration
A 3-year warranty from the date of purchase covers all Xallking gaming chairs. This warranty provides extensive protection for gamers who rely on their chair for long sessions of use.
Detailed Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, Xallking Australia will repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective part or component due to material or workmanship issues. This warranty covers:
- Seat and backrest
- Armrests
- Base and casters
- Hydraulic gas lift mechanism
- Lumbar support
- Headrest (if applicable)
- Reclining mechanism
Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g. using the chair beyond recommended weight limits, jumping on the chair).
- Failure to follow assembly instructions or recommended maintenance.
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by accidents, spills, or environmental conditions.
Warranty Claim Process
- Claim Submission: Complete the Warranty Claim Form on our website and provide proof of purchase.
- Visual Evidence: Supply clear photos or videos showing the issue so our team can assess it without needing the chair returned initially.
- Further Assessment: If needed, we may request the chair be returned to Xallking or an authorised service centre for full inspection.
Repair or Replacement Policy
- Our Discretion: Xallking reserves the right to repair or replace any defective product or part, depending on what is most effective.
- Replacement Parts: If replacement is necessary, we may provide new or refurbished parts that meet our quality standards.
- Shipping of Parts: Replacement parts will be shipped directly to you.
- Customer’s Role: Customers are responsible for fitting replacement parts, with instructions provided by Xallking.
On-Site Service
On-site service may be available depending on your location and the issue. A service fee may apply.
Limitations of Warranty
This warranty is the sole remedy for defects. Xallking Australia is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from chair use.
Statutory Rights
