Free Nationwide Shipping: We proudly offer complimentary shipping across Australia, covering major cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide, as well as selected regional areas including Wollongong, Central Coast NSW, Canberra, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast.
Delivery Conditions: Standard deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises. If you require delivery beyond this point (e.g., upper floors), please specify at checkout. Additional requirements depend on lift or access availability.

Strategic Warehouses: Orders are dispatched from our warehouses located in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, depending on stock availability.
Delivery Commitment: We aim to complete deliveries within 5 business days. Should interstate transfers be required, we will communicate any delays promptly.

Residential or Business Addresses Only: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address when placing your order.

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders: If your chosen product is listed as a pre-order or back-order, it will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. Estimated restock dates are displayed on product pages.

Flat-Pack Shipping: To minimise damage during transit, most of our ergonomic gaming chairs and desks are shipped flat-packed with clear assembly instructions included.
