Xallking Australia is committed to delivering high-quality gaming furniture and hardware. We warrant that Xallking products sold by our official Australian site or authorised retailers will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

2. Warranty Duration

All Xallking products purchased through Xallking Australia or authorised channels are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

3. Warranty Coverage Details

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care

  • Normal wear & tear (e.g. fabric wear, fading, cosmetic scratches)

  • Product modifications, repairs by unauthorised parties

  • Use in commercial, rental, or institutional settings (unless separately agreed)

  • Products purchased from sellers not authorised by Xallking Australia

  • Products sold as “as-is,” “final sale,” or “used” at the time of purchase

  • Incidental or consequential damages (loss of use, lost time, etc.)
