Here at Xallking Australia, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not fully satisfied, our 30-day return and refund policy gives you peace of mind. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The buyer has to pay for freight charges. No refund will be made unless the chair is inspected in our possession. If the return is due to choice (for example, colour) and nothing is wrong with the chair manufacturing, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@xallking.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Once the product has been accepted for a return, the shipping costs relating to a return will normally be paid by the client unless the product is assessed as having a major failure. In this case, we will be responsible for any shipping costs, and you will be advised how to return the product at no cost to you.

Cancelling a Pre-order or Back Order

Depending on timing, you may be able to cancel a pre-order or back-ordered item by contacting our customer service team at support@xallking.com.au. Please include your order number in your request.
